Wedding photos on the background of waterfalls

Since relatively recently, the Thai island of Koh Samui has become one of the world’s most popular destinations for the so-called «wedding tourism». Newlyweds from all over the world come here to spend their wedding celebrations or honeymoon against the backdrop of vibrant tropical landscapes and landscapes, colorful sea views, outlandish temples and bizarre natural attractions.

But, perhaps, the most popular decorations offered by local specialists when placing an order for a wedding photo shoot are the waterfalls located on the island. They allow you to make wedding pictures as original, bright and impressive as possible!

There are several natural phenomena of this type on Koh Samui. The first one is Na Muang. Huge streams of water rush from the highest point of the island into a natural stone pool, where you can even swim. This, of course, is not Niagara, but the strength and power is truly impressive!

Interestingly, the «younger brother» Na Muang-2 is also located nearby. It is not as grandiose as the previous one, but any specialist in the Koh Samui photographer category will definitely recommend it for a visit. The water here literally descends the steps of the rocks decorated with lush vegetation, and the path to the waterfall runs through a natural park, where you can take amazing pictures with tigers or leopards, and also feed bananas to an elephant!

Compared to the previous two, the Tan Rua waterfall looks more like a mountain stream, overcoming numerous rapids. But the landscapes along the edges of this stream allow you to take simply bewitching pictures! Hin Lat looks quite severe, but very powerful and picturesque, where you can also bathe in a miraculous bowl at its foot, and then visit a Buddhist shrine, joining the eternal values.

There are smaller and calmer waterfalls on Koh Samui. For example, the unique yellow-green Van Saotong, sparsely populated, almost untouched by civilization, but very colorful. Or brutal and majestic, but not particularly plentiful Mae Nam, at the top of which there is an observation deck with a magnificent view of the ocean and the island.
In a word, newlyweds who decide to celebrate their wedding here or spend their honeymoon will not have to look for an entourage for impressive photos as a keepsake!
